Leopoldo apartment is a realization of Mauricio Karam, in which once again demonstrated his ability by doing an art in just 45 square meters. Located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, this small apartment was completely renovated by getting rid of some of its existing useless walls and creating a continuous living zone, yet keeping a high level of privacy in the bathroom.
